Housing drop-in surgeries

The surgeries and drop-in centres deal with all types of queries from ASB, rent, and illegal subletting to keys/fobs, repairs and kitchen/bathroom replacement queries. Conversations can be conducted in private if requested.

Members of the local Police, Neighbourhood Wardens, Chairs of Tenant and Resident Associations and representatives from Hounslow Homes attend.

Central Area

Convent Way at Tenants Association Hall

Convent Way Housing Surgery including ASB. This is held every Thursday morning from 9am-12 noon.

There will be an Estate Manager available at each session who will be able to speak Punjabi. We can arrange interpreters for other languages.

East Area

No current surgeries

West Area

Bedfont library

From 2-4pm fortnightly. June 2 2005 onwards. For Page Rd, Bethany Way and Watermead residents.

Orchard Road ASB surgery

Time: First Friday of each month, 2pm - 4pm

NB June’s surgery will be 10 June

Place: Belvedere Resource Centre, Belvedere House, Feltham

Hanworth Youth Centre, Hanworth Road

From 10am-12 noon fortnightly.  8 June 2005 onwards. For Oriel Estate, Bear Road, Swan Rd, Oxford Court and The Hollands residents.
