How we are governed Hounslow Homes is governed by a board of 15 members. The board is made up of five tenant board members, five council board members and five independent board members. The board members serve as volunteers and only receive out of pocket expenses. The board’s key role is to give strategic leadership to the organisation. The board, with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team also delegate operational issues to three primary sub-committees, (Finance, Personnel, and Best Value & Scrutiny) the housing forums, various board working groups and to officers. |
