When you accept the tenancy of a property, we will give you all the keys and fobs (for door entrance systems, if there is one) for your home.
We do not keep spare keys for the properties we manage, so if you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your property, you will be asked to pay for the locks to be changed. You can find out more about paying for repairs by going to the Paying for Repairs page on this site.
If you need a new fob key you can request a replacement by calling the Customer Service Centre on 0800 085 65 75 or by visiting your local housing reception. If your fob key is broken, you will need to give us the key before we can issue you with a replacement free of charge. We may have to order a fob key for you, so we ask for your patience if this happens.
If you would like additional or replacement fob keys for other family members living with, you can make your request as above, however, there is a charge of £10 payable upon collection.
