Since its launch in autumn 2008 the Rainbow Project has provided Hounslow Homes’ residents with the opportunity to bid for grants of up to £100,000 to improve their community and local environment. Over the three years of the project over £1.4 million will be provided to successful resident-led projects.

- Provision of new community facilities on the Brabazon Estate and in the Lavender Court sheltered scheme
- Refurbishment of community buildings or facilities on the Heston Farm, Haverfield, Convent Way, Syon and Edensor Gardens estates and in Harnage House sheltered scheme
