The Online Repairs Service is for use by Hounslow Homes Tenants and Leaseholders. The service will enable you to raise a repair and book appointments.
If you consider the repair to be an emergency, please contact the Repairs Call Centre immediately on 0800 085 65 75. For the Out of Hours Emergency Service please call 0208 583 2222.
