The customer Service Centre can offer a whole range of information from how to pay your rent to free training opportunities for tenants and leaseholders.

We are focused on providing an excellent service to all our customers and regularly carry out surveys to ensure we listen to you and act on your feedback to improve our service.

Monday is our busiest day for calls plus most mornings so if your enquiry is not urgent, you can ring after 2pm when it is quieter. We are open till 8pm so are contactable in the evenings. You can also contact us via the web and DigiTV if this is easier.

How many calls per day do you handle?

I receive around 45 calls a day.

What are the most common queries you get?

The calls can often be seasonal with faulty boilers in the winter to leaking gutters when there is heavy rain.

What is your favourite part of the job?

My favourite part of the job is learning the different aspects of housing. As we deal with all sorts of queries, I feel pleased when customers genuinely thank me for helping them. It puts a smile on my face when I end a call with the customer satisfied.

I have worked in the CSC for a year and a half.

How many calls per day do you handle?

I think on average between 50 - 60 per day Mondays being the highest as the busiest day of the working week.

What are the most common queries you get?

We deal with a lot of repair enquiries, but the queries are so varied you never know what the next call will involve.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Helping tenants resolve their queries and working within a fantastic team.

On average per day approx calls 50-60 depending on how busy the department overall.

We mainly receive a high volume of Repairs, Rent enquire and Tenancy Matters.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Best part of the job would be learning new aspects of Customer Service within Hounslow Homes and working with a great team.
