NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 7th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Company will be held at London Borough of Hounslow Civic Centre (Open Area, Ground Floor Annexe), Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN at 6.30pm on Thursday 8 October 2023 for the following purposes:
1. - MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF 9 OCTOBER 2023
- To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 9 October 2023.
2. - REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
- To receive the Report and Accounts for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2009.
3. - MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD
Tenant Board Members:
- In accordance with Article 15 (1) of the Articles of Association of the Organisation to note the retirement of Andy Lee and
- In accordance with Article 15 (4) of the Articles of Association of the Organisation to receive the results of the elections and accordingly appoint Andy Lee as a Tenant Board Member.
Independent Board Members:
- In accordance with Articles 16(1) of the Articles of Association of the Organisation to note the retirement of Mohammad Chaudhry and Paula Lewis.
