This summer we will be holding another election to find a tenant to take up the board member post for the West Area due to come vacant in October.
Who are we looking for?
A Tenant who is
- Dedicated to ensuring that tenants are at the heart of the decision making process of the company
- Keen to ensure that people live in good neighbourhoods
- Able to make and take informed and transparent decisions
- Committed to ensuring that Hounslow Homes is a top performing organisation
- Able and willing to make a difference
- Over 18 years old and living in the West Area of the Borough
- Not in breach of their tenancy agreement
What would you be committing to?
- Attending evening meetings once or twice a month - including preparing for those meetings in advance
- Attending organized training events
- Working with fellow board members to give strategic leadership to Hounslow Homes and its employees

What happens next?
We will hold an open event for all those interested in April. This will be followed by formal elections for the vacancy in June. The successful candidate will take up office in October.
