From October to May loss of heating and hot water is treated as an emergency and can be reported to our contractor T Brown Group by calling 0800 634 9434. Should you have a problem out of office hours, please call the T Brown free phone number as your call will be passed to a duty officer. Please be patient and remember that this time of year many residents are switching on their heating for the first time and finding they may have a problem so lines may be busy.

Servicing of your heating systems will continue to take place. As your landlord, we are obliged by Health and Safety laws to service your heating system annually. T Browns will call at your home to carry out the servicing. If you are not at home, you will receive a calling card. Please make sure you call to book an appointment for another visit as soon as possible.
