A reminder to all residents that Hounslow Homes now has one central freephone minicom number (0800 389 9821) which aims to improve accessibility and communication with disabled customers.
Hounslow Homes Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) Working Group
Hounslow Homes is currently looking to get more people involved in our LGBT group, which has been successfully running for two and a half years. We welcome all people, especially anyone from the LGBT community. Meetings are held quarterly at St. Catherine's House, Feltham.
•Work undertaken includes 86 members of staff from Hounslow Homes frontline service being trained in LGBT awareness issues
•Hounslow Homes LGBT Working Group is planning to sign an agreement with OutWest (Hounslow’s LGBT organisation). This parnership will commit to maintain Hounslow Homes as a LGBT friendly organisation and ensure no one receives unequal services.
