A refurbishment project by London Borough of Hounslow and Hounslow Homes has seen some five and six bed homes created in Isleworth. In total, 11 properties in Twickenham Road have been brought up to the decent homes standard.
Work is nearing completion and the first few homes are about to be advertised for prospective tenants. A West London Grant helped extend four of the properties into 5 and 6 bed homes, which are urgently needed in social housing.
The Hounslow Homes Repairs Service have carried out the majority of the internal modernization work, with the project largely enabled by Councillors Mark Bowen and Phil Andrews.
