Caretaking and Cleaning

Each of our mobile caretakers and cleaners can service up to 20 sites per week. Each week they will:

  • clean any lifts on site
  • litter pick the perimeter of the building
  • remove graffiti where possible
  • report communal repairs
  • sweep and mop stairs and landings where possible
  • clean Balustrades
  • clean ledges
  • clean glass in communal doors
  • clean entrances
  • remove cobwebs where possible

We also have a rapid response team to answer calls across the borough including clearing up incidents of fly tipping on estates and jet washing areas where required.
