Each of our mobile caretakers and cleaners can service up to 20 sites per week. Each week they will:
- clean any lifts on site
- litter pick the perimeter of the building
- remove graffiti where possible
- report communal repairs
- sweep and mop stairs and landings where possible
- clean Balustrades
- clean ledges
- clean glass in communal doors
- clean entrances
- remove cobwebs where possible
We also have a rapid response team to answer calls across the borough including clearing up incidents of fly tipping on estates and jet washing areas where required.
