Self Service Portal

About the service

The Self Service Portal is part of our 'Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system' that we use to log all the contact we have with our customers and to manage the enquiries that cannot be resolved at first point of contact. You can use the portal to contact us in addition to the usual ways you may get in touch such as calling. We'll treat your enquiry via the portal with the same importance as any other type of enquiry (please remember the portal should not be used to report anything you consider to be an emergency).

The portal will allow you to:

  • register a comment, compliment or complaint about our services
  • request a rent payment card
  • request a rent statement
  • request a Direct Debit mandate
  • request a trace of a payment you have made
  • log a Freedom of Information request
  • request a Right to Buy pack
  • report abandoned vehicles

You will need to register your details online to access the portal. When you contact us via the portal, a ‘case’ is created to send us the details and we will manage your inquiry using our CRM system.

So that you can keep track of how we are progressing with your enquiry, the Self Service Portal will also allow you:

  • To monitor the progress of your case
  • add a note to your case
  • close the case

A user guide for the self service portal is also available to download for full instructions on how to register and use the portal.
