When you become a tenant we will issue you with a rent card. Your rent is due every Monday and should be paid in advance weekly or monthly. You must pay your rent and any other charges such as heating regularly and on time. Details of what you need to pay can be found on your rent card.
You can use your rent card to pay your rent in the Post Office or any shop displaying the ‘Payzone’ sign.
If you lose or misplace your rent card, contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 085 65 75 to request a replacement. A new card will usually arrive within 5 working days.
