If you are having difficulty paying your rent and are not already on housing benefit, you may be entitled to claim, contact Housing Benefits: 020 8583 4242 to find out more. You can also call in to one of our housing receptions for advice from a Benefits Officer.

Debt Counselling and advice
Hounslow Homes is here to help tenants who may be having problems meeting their rent payments. We can arrange a free confidential session with a money advisor for tenants with rent arrears.
Contact the Customer Service Centre on 0800 086 6575 to request a referral, or visit your nearest housing reception to book and appointment.
