The results from the 2011 Annual Tenant Survey show that overall tenant satisfaction is up for the fifth year in a row, reaching 83%. This is up 2% from last year and is a fantastic result putting us at the top of the league table for London Borough's and ALMOs.
Although this has clearly been a challenging year for the organization, it is very encouraging to see that the people to whom we are delivering services continue to recognise the improvements that we make and consistently register their satisfaction with Hounslow Homes as their housing provider.
