Brentford FC Street Sports

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust in partnership with Hounslow Homes, Lovell Partnerships and British Airways will launch their new Street Sports programme in
September 2010

Building on the foundations of the Street Soccer programme that ran in 2005-2008, Street Sports will provide multi-sport activities including football, cricket and basketball for young people on the following estates: Syon/Brent Lea,Norman Crescent/Redwood/Harlech Gardens; Convent Way; Heston Farm; Hatchett Road and Watermead.

The programme will be launched on Saturday 18 September with a World Cup style football tournament at a venue in Hounslow. All participants will receive tickets for the Brentford FC v Hartlepool United match that afternoon at Griffin Park.

Activities on each of the estates will then commence on the week beginning Monday 20 September 2010.
