Heston Farm Kids Boxing Club

Local resident Kris Jablonski has volunteered his time to run a non-contact boxing club on the Heston Farm estate to help Hounslow Homes tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB)

The boxing club is for young people from all backgrounds, aged 7 and up and it aims to provide an activity to encourage good behaviour and self-respect, which ultimately raises the youth’s self-esteem and discourages them from being involved in ASB.

Kris also runs three sessions throughout the week for the adults.

About Kris

Kris is a Boxing Tutor, certified by the Royal Navy Portsmouth Boxing Academy. He has Public Liability Insurance, a full clean CRB history and is a trained first aider.

Sessions cost: £2.50 for Adults and are FREE for Children. Download a copy of the timetable for information on the sessions available.

If you would like more information or want to join the boxing club please contact Kris on 07534 286089 or email him at krisjablonski@hotmail.co.uk
