Access Locata - home or away
DigiTV gives you free 24/7 access to Hounslow Homes’ information and a selection of interactive services that you can use from the comfort of your sofa, or anywhere in the country! All you need is connection to Sky, Virgin Media, WAP enabled mobile or a Nintendo Wii connected to broadband.
For all Homeseekers and Transfer applicants
DigiTV allows you to access Locata using your LIN (Locata Identification Number – issued when you registered) and your date of birth.
Look at property information, bid for properties and view feedback when bidding closes.
To access and bid for a property
Once on the Hounslow Homes homepage, click on Locata from the ‘Quicklinks’ and select ‘Bid on Locata’ from the menu.
From the Locata page, click ‘Select here to use our Locata service’ and enter your log in details. You’re now ready to bid for a new home!

DigiTV? There’s an App for that!
If you’re an iphone user you can access DigiTV services via a free ‘app’ you can download to your handset. The app will still give you access to all the interactive services including Locata. To get the app follow the link below:
