All leaseholders are obliged under the terms of their lease not to cause a nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to the council or their neighbours.
Hounslow Homes tenants are also obliged to adhere to the same rules under their tenancy agreement.
If a leaseholder, anyone living with them or their tenants cause anti-social behaviour, we will take appropriate legal action to stop this behaviour, including action to bring the lease to an end by forfeiture.
Reporting anti-social behaviour
If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour you can report this in person to your local housing reception. We cannot act on anonymous reports.
