The Personnel Committee meets quarterly in the year. The Committee is accountable to the Board and ensures that it achieves the best possible utilisation of staffing resources in order to achieve Hounslow Homes' business objectives.
The Committee ensures that staffing issues are properly addressed within Hounslow Homes, and promotes staff interests by developing employment policies and procedures that enhance the working lives of staff, promote diversity, and ensure that Hounslow Homes' staff ratios reflect the customer it serves.
