The Estate Managers work in four teams:-
- Area East (Chiswick and Brentford)
- Area Central (Hounslow, Isleworth and Heston)
- Area West (Feltham, Bedfont and Hanworth)
- Ivybridge Neighbourhood Team
Each team consists of up to six Estate Managers each managing between 700 and 1000 properties under the direction of a Team Leader.
The Estate Manager’s responsibility is to effectively manage their properties and includes dealing with cases of Anti-Social Behaviour, Harassment, Hate Crime, Domestic Violence, Abuse of Adults at Risk and Child Protection in partnership with other Hounslow Homes’ teams and external organisations such as the Police and Social Services.
